By submitting your credit card information to Wonder of Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorization for Charges

By providing your credit card details, you authorize Wonder of Travel to charge your credit card for the total cost of services booked, including deposits, final payments, and any additional fees or charges that may arise due to changes, cancellations, or additional services requested.
The charges will be processed according to the payment schedule and amounts outlined in the invoice or booking confirmation.

2. Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final balance.
The final payment must be made by the specified due date (typically 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated). If the final payment is not received by the due date, Wonder of Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

3. Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds for payments made via credit card will be credited to the same card, minus any applicable cancellation fees or charges, as per the cancellation policy outlined in the booking agreement.
Wonder of Travel is not responsible for any interest, foreign exchange fees, or other bank charges that may be incurred when processing refunds or payments.

4. Cancellation and Modification Fees

Clients agree to the cancellation and modification policies set forth at the time of booking. If a booking is canceled or modified, clients understand that certain charges may apply, and these charges will be applied to the credit card provided.
Any charges for changes or cancellations will be communicated promptly and processed within a reasonable time frame.

5. Authorization to Hold Credit Card Information

By providing credit card details, clients consent to having their card information held securely for the duration of the trip and for any future payments related to additional services or adjustments, unless otherwise requested.

6. Security and Privacy

Wonder of Travel ensures that all credit card information provided is securely stored and handled in accordance with industry-standard encryption methods to protect your privacy. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding the use of your personal and payment information.

7. Disputed Charges

In the event that a charge is disputed, clients agree to notify Wonder of Travel immediately. Clients are also responsible for resolving any issues directly with the credit card provider, though Wonder of Travel will cooperate to assist in any resolution process.

8. Consent

By submitting your credit card details, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method. You also agree to all terms and conditions as outlined herein.
